PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage converter which allows malfunction of an electronic circuit to be reliably prevented to stably maintain accurate operation by suppressing high-frequency noise generated on an input side.SOLUTION: A DC-DC converter 1 as the voltage converter includes: a positive component built-in substrate 2 having an IC chip 7 incorporated therein; and an input-side capacitor Cand an outputside capacitor Cplaced on the substrate 2, and is formed by forming ground layers 33G-1, 33G-2 and a ground layer 32G to sandwich the IC chip 7 in the inside between the ground layers 33G-1, 33G-2 and the ground layer 32G. The input-side capacitor Cis connected to the ground layer 33G-1 and the output-side capacitor Cis connected to the ground layer 33G-2. Moreover, the ground layer 32G is connected to a terminal of the IC chip 7, and the input-side capacitor Cand the output-side capacitor Care connected to each other via the ground layers 33G-1, 33G-2. |
