摘要 Disclosed is an apparatus for extracting cold-brewed coffee using sonic vibration. The coffee extraction apparatus comprises: an electric current supporting unit which extends in one direction, and allows alternating current to be applied in a tangential direction of an outer circumference thereof; a magnetic vibration unit which forms a magnetic field by accommodating one end portion of the electric current supporting unit therein to be vibrated along the longitudinal direction of the electric supporting unit due to the polarity variation of the alternating current; and a plate unit which is coupled to the magnetic vibration unit to deliver the vibration to a fluid including particulate matters. Accordingly, the coffee extraction apparatus of the present invention is able to: reduce the amount of eluted caffeine by extracting coffee using room-temperature or low-temperature water; and shorten coffee extraction time by delivering sonic vibration to the aqueous solution including coffee powder. In addition, the magnetic field formed for the sonic wave vibration is shifted to the aqueous solution including the coffee powder, thereby the coffee extraction apparatus is able to produce a room-temperature or low-temperature aqueous solution as an aqueous solution having a hexagonal crystal structure.
