PURPOSE: An apparatus for imaging and transmitting an image for informing a critical situation is provided to perform a fast following action by transmitting a surrounding situation after detecting a pulse frequency. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication terminal(30) includes a memory for storing a telephone number and an image data. A pulse detecting part(10) measures a pulse frequency, transmits an alarm signal in case the pulse frequency is higher than ordinary day, and includes a pulse detecting sensor, an alarm signal generating part, and a wireless transmitting part. The pulse detecting sensor(11) outputs a pulse detecting signal after measuring the pulse frequency. The alarm signal generating part(14) counts the pulse detecting signal, and outputs an alarm signal in case the pulse frequency is higher than ordinary day. The wireless transmitting part(16) wirelessly transmits the alarm signal. An imaging part(20) images a subject inside a view angle according to an imaging start command signal, and transmits the image to a memory part of the wireless communication terminal on a real time. |
