A reciprocation compressor is provided to reduce resistance in oil flow and supply oil from a first oil groove to a second one smoothly, thereby improving lubrication and cooling operations between a piston pin and a second through-hole of a connecting rod. A reciprocation compressor includes a connecting rod(60) for converting rotation motion of a rotary shaft to straight reciprocation motion and formed with first and second through-holes(61,62) at both ends, wherein the first one is rotatively coupled with an outer surface of an eccentric part of the rotary shaft, and the second one is rotatively fitted on an outer surface of a piston pin(25) coupled with a piston. A connection hole(63) is formed in the connecting rod to connect the first and second through-holes to each other, and guides oil introduced from the first through-hole in a tangential direction of the same and oil discharged to the second through-hole in a tangential direction of the same. The oil transmitted between the first through-hole and the eccentric part from a first oil groove(41b) of the eccentric part is transmitted between the second through-hole and the piston and reaches a second oil groove(25a) of the piston pin.
