<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for analyzing intellectual property information and generating a report. <P>SOLUTION: User selections of a plurality of templates, which define a plurality of predetermined intellectual property analyses, and a user input including a user selection in a plurality predetermined intellectual property analyses are received. According to intellectual property data necessary for the selected intellectual property analyses, intellectual property data are retrieved from a database. For generating a plurality of sets of analyzed data, the predetermined intellectual property analyses are carried out on the retrieved intellectual property data. A partial intellectual property analysis report graphically displaying the set of analyzed intellectual property data is generated. Intellectual property interpretation data giving interpretation by an interpreter of the displayed set of analyzed intellectual property data are received from the interpreter. For generating a complete intellectual property analysis report, the intellectual property interpretation data about the displayed set of analyzed intellectual property data are included in the partial intellectual property analysis report. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
