A METHOD FOR CLADDING AN INNER HOLE OF AN UPRIGHT CYLINDER

The present disclosure provides a method for cladding an inner hole of an upright cylinder. The method belongs to the technical field of laser cladding method, and includes cladding with alloy powder in an inner hole of a to-be-processed upright 5 cylinder so as to obtain a cladding layer. The method of the present disclosure can improve the abrasion resistance of the inner hole of the upright cylinder effectively and extend the service life of the upright cylinder; meanwhile, the cladding layer has the properties of low cracking sensibility, high toughness and high stability, which can meet the enterprises' requirements for developing high technology and automation.
