PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum drier and its temperature adjusting method capable of obtaining stable dried objects by automatically adjusting a temperature of drums. SOLUTION: In this drum drier 1, a heated heat medium is introduced into the rotating drums 81, 82 to dry the dried objects A attached to surfaces of the drums 81, 82, and scraping off the dried objects by scrapers 83, 84 after drying. The drum drier 1 comprises introduction pipe P1 for introducing the heat medium to the drums 81, 82 by a pressure higher than atmospheric pressure, discharge pipes P2, P3 for discharging the heat medium inside of the drums 81, 82 to the external, a pressure detector 7 for detecting the pressure of the heat medium in the introduction pipe P1, an adjustment control portion 5 outputting an electric signal on the basis of a detection value detected by the pressure detector 7, and a control valve 4 mounted on the introduction pipe P1, and feed-back controlling a flow rate of the heat medium on the basis of the electric signal from the adjustment control portion 5.
