<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a toothbrush for all periodontal diseases, which solves the problem that a bristle implantation base material part is divided in two or three and is perforated and cast although the effectiveness is being acknowledged, it is arranged in a planar state and has a bristle transplant, it is assembled and is welded or is mainly welded in a conventional toothbrush for all periodontal diseases, and the toothbrush results in high cost and does not become popular because a brush part is large in width. <P>SOLUTION: A bristle implantation base material is in a planar state in order to narrow the width of a brush. The transplanted bristle of an outside row inclines inwardly. The side surface of a bristle can also brush and clean.
