PAPER FOR AUTOMATIC OFFSET TRANSCRIPTION PRINTING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Paper for an automatic offset transcription printing method is characterized by not rolling up and not generating deposition of color while increasing workability. A manufacturing method thereof is also provided. CONSTITUTION: Paper for an automatic offset transcription printing method comprises: 135g of weight of a snow white paper(20) of which coated a back side(21) is with silicone and then which is cut into one meter square; a first surface coating layer(24) formed by coating the surface(23) of the paper(20) with silicone; and a second surface coating layer(25) formed by coating the first surface coating layer(24) with silicone. The paper is obtained by the steps of: preparing mixed silicone solution of silicone and organic solvent in a ratio of 3.5:1; passing the snow white paper(20) through a silicone coater to coat its back side(21) with the silicone solution; drying and winding the paper coated the back side; preparing mixed silicone solution of the silicone with the organic solvent in a ratio of 4:1; passing the surface(23) of the paper(20) through the silicone coater to coat its surface; drying and winding the coated paper(20); preparing mixed silicone solution of the silicone with the organic solvent in a ratio of 5:1; passing the coated paper(20) through the silicone coater to coat the first surface coating layer(24) of the paper(20) with the silicone solution; and then winding the paper.
