PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collagen peptide-containing powdered food that suppresses undissolved residues.SOLUTION: A collagen peptide-containing powdered food, used by being added to a beverage or a food containing a liquid part, contains lipid and hyaluronic acid having an average molecular weight of less than 10,000 and/or a salt thereof. The content of the hyaluronic acid having the average molecular weight of less than 10,000 and/or the salt thereof is 0.001-10 mass%.
