PURPOSE: A structure of a dial knob stopper for an air vent of a vehicle is provided to improve the convenience by applying the operational force in actuating the dial knob, and to prevent wrong operation of the air vent damper by restricting movement of the dial knob less than the predetermined force. CONSTITUTION: A stopper of a dial knob of an air vent in a vehicle is composed of a first stopper(30) connected to the dial knob to open and close a damper of the air vent, turned to form the internal space circumferentially and composed of an elastic fitting part, and a second stopper(40) moving along the internal space of the first stopper and having a fitting projection fitted to the elastic fitting part less than the predetermined load. The first stopper is composed of a central shaft(32) extended from the rotating shaft of the dial knob, and a body spaced from the central shaft and composed of the elastic fitting part and the internal space.
