PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic photograph creation device using a required number of flashes, at shorter intervals, in limited power source capacity, and allowing a user to enjoy more the effects of consecutive photographing. SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: cameras 6 and 7 for photographing a subject; an illumination means having two or more flashes that emit light, so as to illuminate the subject, when photographing the subject with the cameras 6 and 7; a selective charging means 35 that operates, to charge electric power from a power source to a specified capacitor of the capacitors provided to the respective flashes and the discharged capacitors; and a photographing control device 30 for controlling the photographic operation by the cameras 6 and 7, illumination operation by the illumination means, and charging operation by the selective charging means. The photographic control device 30 sequentially selects each of the groups of flashes, and makes the flashes emit light in accordance with the photographic timing, when the subject is to be photographed continuously using the cameras 6 and 7.
