PURPOSE: A contact displacement control device is provided to reduce a power consumption and prevent vibrations by maintaining a relay contact without using power. CONSTITUTION: A contact displacement control device comprises a displacement unit(60) including a displacement member, a fixed contact, a displacement contact, and a fixing member(30) arranged on a displacement contact controller body(50); a first power unit for supplying power to the displacement unit, and releasing the fixing member; and a second power unit for fixing and releasing a displacement element to and from the displacement unit by using the fixing member.
