PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing device capable of providing a working space for effective use, and an image forming device. SOLUTION: The sheet post-processing device 7 comprises a paper discharge tray 19 for stacking sheets discharged from an image forming unit 3 for forming an image, and further comprises a shutter member 47 which is movable to the covering position for covering the paper discharge tray 19 and the exposing position for exposing the paper discharge tray.
