PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide in-house air conditioning and hot water system in which a mixing layer in a hot water storage tank can be restricted against its expansion.SOLUTION: This invention provides an in-house air conditioning and hot water system 10 comprising an in-house air conditioning system 20; a hot water storage tank 31; a hot water generating unit 32 for supplying hot water into the hot water storage tank; a device 33 for supplying hot water to in-house from a hot water discharging port of the hot water storage tank; and a hot water extracting unit 34 for supplying hot water from an intermediate portion of the hot water storage tank to a hot water supply unit 42. This in-house air conditioning system comprises a humidifier device 40 and an air conditioning device 50 for supplying humidified air humidified by the humidifier device to in-house. This humidifier device comprises a humidifier member 41 and the hot water supply unit 42 for flowing down hot water extracted from an intermediate portion of the hot water storage tank provided with a hot water discharging port at its upper part to the humidifier member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
