PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a hot water supply temperature to a preset temperature stably and quickly.SOLUTION: A combustion part of a one-boiler two-channel type hot water supply device includes: a hot water supply heat exchange part for heating low temperature water supplied from a supply channel; a non-hot water supply heat exchange part for heating a heat carrier supplied from a circuit which is different from the supply channel; and a heating part for heating these parts. The hot water supply device comprises: a hot water supply channel for outputting high temperature water from the hot water supply heat exchange part of the combustion part; a bypass flow passage for making the low temperature water from a water supply channel flow through the hot water supply channel by bypassing the combustion part; a fuel supply part to the heating part; a first temperature detection part for detecting the temperature of the high temperature water of the hot water supply heat exchange part; and a second temperature detection part for detecting the temperature of the low-temperature water of the water supply channel. The hot water supply device determines the target temperature to be lower when the temperature detected by the second temperature detection part is higher than when the temperature is lower. The hot water supply device also controls the fuel supply part, so that the fuel supply is performed to have the target temperature detected by the first temperature detection part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
