PURPOSE:To readily detect the temperature of the winding and to prevent the winding of a motor from being burned by forming and molding a lead guide integrally with a cylindrical holder extended from a winding to the exterior of a frame. CONSTITUTION:In a motor, a winding 3 is formed through an insulator 2 on the core 1 of a stator. A rotor 4 is provided at the inside of the stator, supported by a bracket, and the stator is molded with resin 5 from the outside. The leads 6 of the winding 3 are held by a guide 7, and externally led, and a holder 8 is formed integrally with the guide 7. The holder 8 is formed in a hollow shape, and a component such as a temperature relay 9 or the like is inserted into the hollow portion. The holder 8 is so arranged as to contact the winding 3, and formed of a relatively thermally conductive material.
