PURPOSE:To rationally carry out the cooling of a motor and to prevent a detergent from invading into the inner part of the motor at the time of cleaning by providing a communication port for causing air which has flowed within the motor inner part to flow out at a predetermined speed on the outlet side of an air flowpath, and further arranging a cleaning nozzle toward a fan. CONSTITUTION:A detergent is ejected horizontally toward the rotation center of a fan from a cleaning nozzle 36. At this time, when a motor 22 is actuated to rotate a fan, the detergent scatters uniformly to a vane part 37, and further, a centrifugal force is applied thereto and scatters intensely over the side wall surface 38 of a fan casing 20 so that attached oil and fats can be washed away. Air surrounding the motor 22 flows in through a cooling port 32a of a motor housing 20 and passes through the inner part of the motor 22 to produce an air flow (arrow 39) reaching the outer periphery of the fan 24 via a cooling port 32b on the opposite side and a communication port 30. When the sectional area of the communication port 30 is turned down to a certain extent, the flow speed of air is increased, and the detergent dropping along the inner wall of the fan casing 20, atomized detergent and vapor does not come out from the communication port 30 to the side of the motor 22.
