PURPOSE:To obtain the titled food having excellent flavor, by blending an oily phase containing an emulsifying agent with black sugar in a specific proportion. CONSTITUTION:30-70pts.wt. oily phase containing part of an emulsifying agent (e.g. lecithin) dissolved therein is heated to preferably 50-60 deg.C. 70-30pts.wt. black sugar powder, as necessary, mixed with other powdery raw materials is then blended and dispersed therein in a kneader, etc., and further finely divided to afford the aimed food.
