<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently treat org. matter while rapidly advancing the drying thereof by introducing high temp. air into a treatment tank and reutilizing the heat of the exhaust gas of a treatment tank heating device. CONSTITUTION: A treatment tank 10 is connected to a deodorizing device 12 by an exhaust gas conduit 19 introducing generated exhaust gas into the deodorizing device 12. A treatment tank heating device 11 consists of the combustion chamber 110 covering the outer periphery of the treatment tank and a burner 111 and the treatment tank 10 is heated by generated combustion gas and the exhaust gas of the treatment tank is sent to the deodorizing device 12. Therefore, when the treatment tank heating device 11 is operated, the high temp. combustion gas discharged from the heating device 11 is supplied to the deodorizing device 12 and, since the heat of the combustion gas is reutilized in the heating of the ceramic balls charged in the annular passage between the deodorizing pipe of the deodorizing device 12 and a combustion pipe, the operation cost of the deodorizing device 12 can be reduced. Since the high temp. dry air around the deodorizing device 12 is sucked into the treatment tank 10 reduced in pressure by a suction device 16, decomposing and drying efficiency is improved.</p> |
