PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality diagnosis device with which it is possible to detect that a sensor for performing data collection for diagnosis has come off an object to be measured.SOLUTION: An abnormality diagnosis device 81 includes an acceleration sensor 180 for collecting data to diagnose abnormality and attached to an object 50 to be measured, a contact type sensor 183 for detecting that the acceleration sensor 180 has come off the object to be measured, and a data collection device 80. The contact type sensor 183 is installed so that its position changes in correspondence to that the acceleration sensor 180 has come off the object 50 to be measured. The contact type sensor 183 detects the object 50 to be measured while the acceleration sensor 180 is attached normally to the object 50 to be measured, and stops detecting the object 50 to be measured when the acceleration sensor 180 comes off the object 50 to be measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
