PURPOSE: The method for building the cyber-realty community granting the division and ownership of the cyber-realty by matching the real with the cyber-realty is provided to offer the active cyber-community to the Internet users by closely linking the real economy with the Internet. CONSTITUTION: The cyber-space area of the specified domain is divided with the match of the real space and the ownership of the cyber-space is sold in lots. The owner on the cyber-space can obtain all or a part of the profits which comes from the real commercial rights, and fulfill the ownership as same as the management method of the real estate, such as a rent, trade, and succession.
