SUBSTANCE: according to method repair is carried out by making recess in defective zone of coating by cutting out and removing defective layer, filling up the recess with repair mixture and compacting the mixture. Recess is made to any curvilinear contour over perimeter of section of coating to be repaired in form of periodic curve of sinusoid or of semicircles or of ring-angled triangles with rounded-off angle or of trapeziums with rounded-off angles with amplitude equal to or less than width of vehicle wheel whose specific load on pavement is the maximum and with period of periodic curve equal to or less than quadruplicated width of wheel of the same vehicle. Axis of periodic curve can be any smooth contour with radius of curvature in any point not less than tripled width of wheel of indicated vehicles. EFFECT: provision of high-quality of reconditioning of pavement at minimum areas of cutting and without any limitations as to shape and size of pavement section under repair (reconditioning). 2 dwg
