PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle device coping with an occupant allowing safety driving of a vehicle and a recording medium. SOLUTION: In step 200, brain wave signals detected by a brain wave detecting device 1 are inputted. In the succeeding step 210, the analysis of brain waves such as the features of the brain waves is performed based on the inputted brain wave signals. In the succeeding step 220, whether the present temperature is improper or not is decided so that the driver may feel hot or cold (regardless of the temperature detected by a thermometer) by the analysis of the brave waves. In step 230, the temperature of a cabin is adjusted by driving an air conditioner 11 since it is decided that the driver feels hot or cold. When the driver feels hot, for instance, the temperature of the cabin is lowered, while when he feels cold, the temperature of cabin is raised. |
