PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a demand and supply balance error from a control center 3 even when demand of electrical power varies to a large extent through the control of output command value of power generator for transmission-accessed retaining of power to customers 21 to 2N from the power stations 11 to 1K. SOLUTION: The power generator output command value is adjusted for several times within the period for transmission of transmission-accessed power, and each power generator output command value is set to a value for cancelling a difference from the difference and a supposed load value, by obtaining such difference between the estimated load power of customers in the preceding adjustment and the estimated power of generators of power station, and by determining a supposed load value in this adjustment. This supposed load value is set to an estimated load power of the preceding adjustment, or to a value estimated by a neural network, or to a value estimated by the neural network and fuzzy inference. |
