<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person to easily order and purchase a contact lens while keeping the personal secrecy. <P>SOLUTION: The personal information of a user that is a purchaser of the contact lens, prescription information of the user prescribed by an ophthalmologist based on an eye test, and bioinformation of the user read by a bioinformation reading unit 310 are registered from a store terminal device 103 to a server 101 through a network 100. The user transmits, when he/she purchases the contact lens, the bioinformation to the server 101 by a bioauthentication unit 315 to perform authentication. When the authentication is successful, and the expiration of the prescription is valid, order data are transmitted to the server 101 and registered in a sales management DB 310.
