The seat (1) has fixed and movable hooks (7, 9) to cover two opposite edges of a bench gait (6), respectively. The hook (9) rotates around a bar (10) between an open position, in which it is spaced apart from the gait, and an inward position in which it is engaged with the gait. The hook (9) is rotated when a torque greater than a preset value is exerted for outmaneuvering a locking unit opposite to a tilting of the hook (9).
