FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of a plastic article, as well as to intermediate frame for a mold for molding with blowing. Method of producing plastic article includes extrusion of a tubular workpiece of extrudate, plastic deformation of the workpiece inside the mold for molding with blowing with at least two halves using pressure drop in the hollow body. Inside the plastic part is at least one insert part. In tubular workpiece arranged are intermediate frame, tubular blank by means of intermediate frame is arranged between two halves for blowing, tubular blank by means of intermediate frame in the form of for blowing partially is formed, then the tubular blank is divided at least into two parts. For introduction of at least one of the inserted part shape for blowing opened so that in each half of mold for molding with blowing is one part of the divided workpiece. Then, the intermediate frame between at least two halves for blowing is removed at least one insert part inside partially molded plastic article to close the mold for molding with blowing with parts of the workpiece and insert part and finally formed in hollow.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to introduce large inserted part in the formed plastic product with improved handling of the workpiece.23 cl, 16 dwg |
