The invention relates to the improvement of an inclined roller shutter in the region of its shortened slats. This is achieved by designing the arc-shaped guide path of the shortened slats either in a spiral shape or with guides lying one behind another. The special advantages are that from now on windows with large width and great roof slope can also be provided with inclined roller shutters.
