The vacuum cleaner nozzle incorporates a wide-sectioned duct (5) which returns filtered discharge air into a pressurised pipe (7) opening tangentially into a cylindrical chamber (9). A funnel-shaped suction pipe (8) is enclosed by a casing (10) with annular space between them. The annular space contains a helical guide-flank (11). The lower edge of the housing (1) has slide-feet (14). ADVANTAGE - Designed so that air is evenly conveyed in circular motion to orifice where it combines with suction current to form cyclonic flow, ensuring that no air is blown outwards even if nozzle is lifted off floor.
