ANNEALING PROCESS FOR CRYSTALLINE RESIN SHEET AND ITS DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of flaws on a resin sheet surface even when the expansion and contraction are generated on rolls in the annealing process by the rolls, and manufacture the resin sheet of good slipping properties. SOLUTION: In an annealing process, a crystalline resin sheet 11 is brought into contact with heating rolls 23-25 and a cooling roll 26 to anneal the crystalline resin sheet 11. The surfaces of the heating rolls 23-25 and the cooling roll 26 are coated with fluorine resin. The actual examples of fluorine resin are polytetrafluoroethylene (trade name: Teflon) and the like. The surface roughness of the heating rolls 23-25 and the cooling roll 26 is 0.3S-5.0S.
