PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered laminate comprising at least three layers of an intermediate layer and both outer surface layers, rich in flexibility and prevented from the bleeding of an additive or a low mol.wt. polymer being a component of a resin compsn. forming the intermediate layer with the elapse of time. SOLUTION: A multilayered laminate has constitution of at least three layers of an intermediate layer (A) comprising a resin compsn. containing 20-100 wt.% amorphous polyolefin with a propylene and/or butene-1 content of 50 wt.% or more and 80-0 wt.% of crystalline polypropylene and both outer surface layers (B) comprising a resin compsn. containing polypropylene selected from a group consisting of a propylene/ethylene and/or butene-1 random copolymer with an ethylene and/or butene-1 content of 3 wt.% or less and a propylene homopolymer and a styrenic thermoplastic elastomer and characterized by that the thickness of both layers is 8% or more of the total thickness and 15μm or more.
