PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance close adhesive properties of a sheet with a binding implement and to allow a sheet bundle to be scarcely released by forming the implement of a synthetic resin having a structure in which a carbon part of a carbonyl group is directly bonded to an aromatic ring in a repeating unit of a polymer. SOLUTION: In the sheet bundle binding implement made of a synthetic resin, a binding part of a flat file is, for example, formed of a clamping band 1, a holding plate 2 having two through holes 2a for passing the band 1, and a locking dowel 2b for locking the band 1 to a predetermined position. In this case, a synthetic resin having a structure in which a carbon part of a carbonyl group is directly bonded to an aromatic ring in a repeating unit of a polymer is used as a molding material. Thus, since the carbon part of the carbonyl group is directly bonded to the ring, aπelectron on the ring attracts the group through the group and the carbon part. Thus, the ring has electron attractive properties, and close adhesive properties of the sheet to the implement are enhanced so that the bound bundle can be scarcely released.
