The window winding unit has at least the region of the guide which retracts into the door, and the connections for an external door grip and external side mirror combined into one sub-assembly. This sub-assembly is supported by recesses inside the door inner shell, and mounted to them. The connections for the external door handle and lock on one side, and the external side mirror on the other side, are connected in a position above the belt level of the doors, with the window slide section of the guide.
