PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the freedom degrees of quality selection and design of materials, to reduce the cost, to facilitate press working, to reduce the frequency of maintenance, to improve the productivity by providing throttle parts at least soure parts of the plate faces of a central bent part and arm parts of a leaf spring. SOLUTION: Throttle parts 20a and 20b are provided symmetrically about a central line B-B' in a central bent part 12 of a left spring before bending. Where the position of the center line B-B' is 0 and the tip C-C' of a leg part 16b is set to 10, the longitudinal length of the throttle part 20b formed into a rectangular groove state so as to become a projection on an arm 14b is set to approximately from 20 to 50; the short side length which is set to approximately 30% relative to the width of the leaf spring is provided symmetrically about the longitudinal central line D-D'; and the depth of the throttle part 20b is set to approximately 50% of the thickness of the plate. Then, the leaf spring is bent about the central line B-B' so that the leg parts 16a, 16b are bent inward of the leaf spring and the tips of the leg parts are bent outward to be formed into sliding parts 18a, 18b.
