PURPOSE: A position fixing member is provided to prevent the twisting, the gap and the leakage by preventing the movement of flanges. CONSTITUTION: A position fixing member contains a recessed groove(2) and a step(3). A pair of flanges(4,4') contains a protrusion(5) and are combined with the position fixing member. A combining piece fixes the position fixing member in the flanges. The flanges connect pipes by combining through bolts. Thereby, the combining force of pipes is improved. Moreover, the twisting and the gap are prevented by preventing the movement of pipes through the fixing member.
