The present invention provides a dispersant for inorganic particles, which is composed of a block copolymer that contains: a polymer block (a) containing at least one kind of repeating unit that is selected from the group consisting of repeating units having a tertiary amino group and repeating units having a quaternary ammonium salt structure; and a polymer block (b) containing at least one kind of repeating unit that is selected from the group consisting of repeating units having a crosslinkable functional group and repeating units having a structure that has a function of capturing radicals that are generated by oxidation due to light. |
