cecream is squeezed out of a feed nozzle onto an aluminium wrapping sheet (2) folded into a box shape and fitted in a mold (1) and is pressed momentarily over the surface by a heater (5) for the bulging tail end of squeezing to smooth flat. Then, the box (2) covered with the top part (7) over the icecream is passed under a heating plate (9) having a heat temperature of 50 to 90 deg.C for 5 to 15 sec for the neat covering of the cover (7). The tail end of icecream may be smoothed by cutting or vibration.
