PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enlarge an adjustment range of a hydraulic device provided with an axial piston machinery, namely, to enlarge the usage range of the axial piston machine. SOLUTION: This hydraulic cam plate axial piston machine is formed of a cylinder block 1, a stroke piston housed in a cylinder hole 4 of the cylinder block, and a cam plate 7 provided with a kidney-shape control unit for providing a pressure medium to the cylinder hole, while supporting the stroke piston. The cylinder block is supported in the inside or on the outside thereof by two angular contact roll bearings of a desirable combination, and the cam plate can be adjusted.
