PURPOSE: A system and a method for offering an avatar image in real-time are provided to save space of a storage by not installing an avatar item database to a client computer and downloading the needed minimum avatar image file, not the whole avatar image database. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a web server(100) connected to client computers(11), a user database(120) including user avatar information, an item database(130) including an avatar item image file and an avatar item data file, and an avatar image generating server(110) connected to the web server, the user database, and the item database. Receiving an avatar image request signal from the client computer, the avatar image generating server generates an avatar image in real-time by referring to the user database and the item database. |
