FIELD: medical equipment, in particular, for manual transportation of patients from dwellings with staircases. ^ SUBSTANCE: litter has bed, tubular frame, drop back and three pairs of carrier wheels manufactured from plastic and made in the form of pulleys, three pulleys at each side of frame, said pulleys being covered with V-belt defining closed contour. Two brake devices are fixed at one end of frame. Each braking device has bracket, spring-loaded balance beam with brake shoe and flexible cable. Two tension members are fixed at other end of frame. Two pairs of arms with extensions are attached to both ends of frame. ^ EFFECT: improved operating characteristics, convenient use and reduced labor consumption owing to exerting of minimal physical force. ^ 4 dwg |
