PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power steering device capable of simply adjusting the tension in a belt stretched over a driving pulley and a driven pulley to constitute a power transmission mechanism of an electric motor by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: In the electric power steering device 10, a driving pulley 22 is supported by a supporting collar 40, and a mounting bolt 44 passed through a gear housing 11B is screwed to each of a plurality of adjustment collars 50 fitted to the supporting collar 40. Each adjustment collar 50 has an outer circumferential fitting part 51 to be fitted to the supporting collar 40 and an inner circumferential screw part 52 with the mounting bolt 44 screwed thereto. The screw center of the inner circumferential screw part 52 is arranged in an offset manner with respect to the fitting center of the outer circumferential fitting part 51, and the mounting angular position of the adjustment collar 50 with respect to the supporting collar 40 around the fitting center of the outer circumferential fitting part 51 is adjustable.
