<p>This invention relates to a compartment for elongated objects, such as wood, and of the type comprising flexible support means forming bottom and sides of the compartment, e.g. in the form bands. To make possible i.a. a rapid and a correct restoration of such a compartment after emptying the support means can according to the invention, be rolled onto each their coiling means and are at their free end, which is designed as or with an attaching means, detachably attached in an attaching mechanism, which at emptying of the compartment loosens the bands, means being arranged after loosening the bands to introduce the bands in the attaching mechanism to bring the attaching means of the bands by coiling of the bands onto the coiling means to a retaining engagement with the attaching mechanism.</p> |
