PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible a common use in various installation points leading thereby to cost reduction and to improve workability in cable installation and attain weight reduction. SOLUTION: L-shaped plate 11 is bent to form two flanges 12, 12 from a metal band piece of predetermined dimension and thickness, and both flanges 12, 12 are provided with cable insertion cutout 13 respectively opened to one side edge 14 of both side edges 14, 15 of the L-shaped plate 11.
