PURPOSE:To make the strength and composition of sintered ore uniform by mixing fed starting materials moving on a belt conveyor by means of prescribed scrapers before charging into a drum mixer so as to increase the degree of mixing. CONSTITUTION:Blended starting materials 13 fed onto a belt conveyor 5 from starting material hoppers 1-4 are mixed by means of scrapers 15. The mixed starting materials 13 are charged into drum mixers 6, 7, mixed, and granulated. The scrapers 15 are arranged just above the conveyor 5 in the transfer direction of the starting materials in one or plural stages. Each of the scrapers 15 is inclined so that one end at the center of the conveyor 5 is positioned at the downstream side.
