SCREW TYPE GRAIN CONVEYOR

PURPOSE:To simplify the captioned device by providing a pressure sensitive member for detecting clogging of the grains on a feed final end portion of a screw cylinder and shutting off a clutch for turning screw power on and off by means of a detector means of said pressure sensitive member. CONSTITUTION:When grains are clogged due to blocking of an outlet 10c of a grain elevator 10 to result in the pressure raised in a screw cylinder 10a and thereby a pressure sensitive member 16 is pressed to the conveyance downstream side against a spring 18, the pressure received is transmitted to a clutch operating lever 15 via a release wire 17 to stop the grain elevator 10 as well as to operate a switch SW for lighting an alarming lamp L. With such arrangement, the device can be simplified without requiring a prior particular device.
