System according to Claim 1 of the main patent, characterised in that the two articulated halves of the box are in the form of shells constituting respectively a bottom and a lid together presenting a window for the passage of the neck of a bottle to be protected from theft, this pair of shells forming a housing for a strong wire whose two ends are fixed to the said bottom and crossed over in order to form a loop at the location of the said window, a device for tightening and locking the said loop around the said neck being mounted in a sliding manner in the said housing in such a way that it is brought into a position in which it applies, in an irreversible manner, when the said box is closed, its tightening and locking action and that it is free to leave this position by releasing the neck when the box is open.
