PURPOSE:To correctly grasp the disposal by an operator at the time of a trouble on the side of a controller as well as to grasp the number of waste products due to the trouble by method wherein part of a case body is provided with a throwing-in chute for housing a defective IC generated due to the trouble at least one and this throwing-in chute is provided with a sensor for detecting the IC. CONSTITUTION:One throwing-in chute 6 or more is/are provided vertically at the prescribed position of a case body 1. This throwing-in chute 6 is one contrived for a purpose that in case a trouble is generated due to the position shifting of the connecting part or movable part and fixed part of a conveying chute 5 or the lead bents and so on of an IC, this defective IC 7 is dropped from the throwing-in port 6a of the above throwing-in chute 6 and is housed in a defective IC receiving box 8. A sensor 9 for detecting the IC to fall in said chute 6 is provided on the way to the depth direction of the above throwing-in chute 6.
