PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination method of the concentration of sulfhydryl amino acid in a sample. SOLUTION: In a method for measuring the existence of one or more than one kinds of different sulfhydryl amino acids in a specific sample, the unlabeled sulfhydryl amino acid existing in a specific sample, is derived in reference to the internal reference standard including known amount of sulfhydryl amino acid to be measured, and labeled by a suitable marker, and further the unlabeled non-sulfhydryl amino acid existing in the specific sample, is derived in reference to the internal reference standard of the suitable non-sulfhydryl amino acid, thereby one or more than one kind of non-sulfhydryl amino acids can be simultaneously measured. |
