PURPOSE:To enable measurement of electrical parts without opening packages wherein a lot of them are contained and to prevent different kinds of electrical parts from mixing therein, by conducting the measurement by thrusting a measuring terminal into the package. CONSTITUTION:A pair of measuring terminals 6 having pointed ends enabling them to be thrusted into a transparent or translucent package 8 made of polyethylene or the like are fixed to an insulating plate 4 fitted to the end of a supporting member 1 by screws 5, so that they can be made continuous electrically to electrical parts in the package 8. The terminals are connected to an insulated coated wire 3, and thus a measuring device is formed. When the measurement is conducted, the terminals 6 are put on the package 8 wherein the parts 7 are held, and thrusted into the package 8. The terminals 6 are made thereby to contact with the electrode elements 7a of the parts 7 in the package 8 to be continous electrically to the parts 7 for measuring them. Accordingly, the measurement can be performed without opening the package, and thereby different kinds of parts are prevented from mixing therein and a process of putting in and taking out of the package can be omitted. |
